Of the 2,058 people living in Adrian in 2020, 54.1 percent (1,114) were women and 45.9 percent (944) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the South KC News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 52. In the 65 and over age range, there were 251 females and 174 males.
