Census Bureau: More men than women in West Line in 2020

Of the 122 people living in West Line in 2020, 48.4 percent (59) were women and 51.6 percent (63) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the South KC News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 4. In the 65 and over age range, there were three females and nine males.
