The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Jeffery Jd Leathers, JD Leathers for Congress, refunded $8 to Linda Dee Ayres on Sept. 1, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

JD Leathers for Congress has refunded $8 total since April 1.
