Of the 1,861 people living in Adrian in 2019, 56.4 percent (1,050) were women and 43.6 percent (811) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the South KC News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by a ratio of 576-to-466. In the 65 and over age range, there were 268 females and 118 males.
