On Saturday, March 8, former Raymore-Peculiar Senior High School standout Hayden Kurtz’s current college team, the Southern Illinois Salukis, won 8-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Northern Illinois Huskies.

The game took place at Charlotte West Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Huskies this season.

The Salukis’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 9 at 1:30 p.m. at Charlotte West Stadium against Wisconsin Badgers.
