Rep. Mark Alford, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing Missouri’s 4th district, has been active on social media sharing his views and thoughts on various topics. Alford, who replaced former Congress member Vicky Hartzler in 2023, has been addressing issues ranging from political matters to personal reflections.

On May 10, 2025, Alford posed several questions regarding recent legislative actions and national security concerns in a tweet: "Episode 16: Why did we have to codify Trump’s GULF OF AMERICA EO? How are House Republicans STOPPING the CCP from infiltrating American universities? What did FBI Director Kash Patel say about Kansas City seeing some incoming changes with the FBI? How are we actively". These questions highlight his focus on national security and educational integrity.

In another post dated May 11, 2025, Alford shared a religious reflection stating, "You see, Jesus, as the Good Shepherd, knows each one of us as his sheep, and we must listen to His voice and follow Him. This leads to eternal life, and no one can snatch us from our Father's hand. This verse highlights the unbreakable bond between Jesus, the Father, and His". The message emphasizes spiritual guidance and faith.

Additionally, on May 11, 2025, Alford extended his gratitude towards mothers in a celebratory tweet: "Sending our love and thanks to all of the hardworking mothers all over #MO04 and America! Happy Mother's Day ". This message conveys appreciation for maternal figures within his constituency.

Born in Baytown, Texas in 1963 and residing in Lake Winnebago now at age 59, Mark Alford is an alumnus of the University of Texas at Austin where he graduated with a BA in 1988.
