On May 3, 2025, Rep. Alford posted about the accomplishments during the first 100 days of Donald Trump's presidency. He highlighted several key legislative successes: "EPISODE 15, LIVE: TRUMP’S FIRST 100 DAYS: Historic promises made and KEPT. Returning the SBA BACK to Main Street bill: PASSED out of Committee. The internet should be SAFE. Melania’s TAKE IT DOWN ACT: PASSED." Additionally, he mentioned recognizing April's Small Business and Veteran of the Month.

On May 4, 2025, Rep. Rep. Mark Alford was born in Baytown, Texas in 1963 and now resides in Lake Winnebago. He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1988 with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
