Rep. Mark Alford is actively engaged in representing Missouri’s 4th District in the U.S. Congress, a position he has held since 2023 following Vicky Hartzler. He frequently updates his constituents on his activities and visits across the district through social media.

On April 15, 2025, Alford communicated his visit to Marshfield, mentioning the discussions focused on housing and infrastructure in Webster County. He posted, "Good to be in Marshfield!  We're having discussions about our constituents' housing and infrastructure needs in Webster County. Our team stopped to hear more on how we can help those in the far edge of the 4th District." He acknowledged the involvement of local leaders such as the Marshfield Chamber Director, Rachel Andrews.

Continuing his engagement with constituents, on April 16, 2025, Alford attended a public meeting in Hickory County, where he reported, "What a fantastic public meeting stop in Hickory County, having coffee with MO-04 constituents!" He noted the return of three women from a previous event in Belton, who appreciated the productivity of in-person discussions.

On the same day, Alford shared another post without text, likely a link or media, "https://t.co/VGgysrmHsp".

Rep. Mark Alford, born in Baytown, Texas, and currently residing in Lake Winnebago, is an alumnus of the University of Texas at Austin where he graduated with a BA in 1988.
