Rep. Mark Alford, the U.S. Congressional representative for Missouri’s 4th district since 2023, recently shared a series of messages on social media. These messages conveyed his opinions on public broadcasting, lighter moments from his office, and legislative activities focused on education.

On March 26, 2025, Alford commented on funding for public broadcasting, asserting, "Here's the truth: NPR and PBS have gotten funding from the taxpayers and they’ve gone way too far to the Left. The taxpayer dollar should not be funding propaganda."

The following day, March 27, 2025, Alford's office shared a light-hearted post featuring the office's canines, expressing well-wishes from Washington, D.C. "Griffey & Benny want to wish everyone a Happy #AlmostFriday from our Washington D.C. Office!"

Later, on the same day, Alford highlighted his support for educational legislation, displaying his endorsement for a particular act with a stated objective of safeguarding educational institutions. He stated, "Check out how we are protecting American students & universities by voting YES on The Deterrent Act today."
