Rep. Mark Alford, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing Missouri’s 4th district, shared several updates on social media regarding his recent initiatives and engagements. These posts provide insights into legislative efforts and community interactions.

On March 17, 2025, Rep. Alford announced the introduction of a new legislative measure aimed at decentralizing the Small Business Administration (SBA). "ICYMI: We introduced the Returning SBA to Main Street Act last week which will get SBA workers out of the swamp and into rural communities." He emphasized the importance of relocating SBA operations to rural areas.

In another post on the same day, Rep. Alford highlighted Prairie Mountain's longstanding presence in the imprinted sportswear industry. He noted that his office is collaborating with her to secure a retired Armory piece from the Department of Defense for display at an American Legion post in Bates County.
