Rep. Mark Alford, a U.S. Congressman representing Missouri's 4th district since 2023, has recently shared insights on various political and community matters through his social media platform. His tweets cover topics ranging from international relations to domestic policy and local community achievements.

On January 21, 2025, Rep. Alford highlighted a meeting with Paraguay President Santiago Peña. He stated, "Great meeting with Paraguay President Santiago Peña (@SantiPenap) today." He recalled a previous visit to Paraguay in August where discussions focused on enhancing the U.S.-Paraguay relationship by addressing trade barriers and improving intellectual property while supporting Taiwan.

The following day, January 22, 2025, Rep. Alford expressed support for an executive order by former President Trump aimed at ending certain policies of the Biden administration. He tweeted, "President Trump's Executive Order to end Biden's radical DEI policies is a HUGE win for common sense." He also mentioned introducing the 'DEI Dead on Arrival' Act in April as part of efforts to reshape government initiatives.

Later that day, Rep. Alford attended an event in Peculiar, Missouri where Mayor Stark presented the State of the City report for 2025. In his tweet, he noted, "Mayor Stark of Peculiar, Missouri presented the 2025 State of the City report yesterday!" He acknowledged citizens recognized for their small business successes and specifically celebrated Pete & Jake's Hot Rod Shop for reaching its 50th anniversary.
