75.9% of Cass County residents old enough to vote in 2021

Of the 106,966 citizens living in Cass County in 2021, 75.9% were old enough to vote, equating to 81,163 individuals, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained on Oct. 26.

Further breakdown reveals that of the voting-eligible population, 39,199 were male, constituting 48.3%, and 41,964 were female, making up 51.7%.

The percentage of citizens old enough to vote in Cass County during 2021 was lower than the state average, which stands at 77.3%.
