Of the 784 people living in Cleveland in 2020, 52.6 percent (412) were women and 47.4 percent (372) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the South KC News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 26. In the 65 and over age range, there were 127 females and 66 males.
