Cass Regional Medical Center and the Cass County Health Department are reaching out to residents of Cass County for their input in developing the 2025-2028 Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA). The aim is to gather current feedback on community health issues and assess local health service delivery.
Residents and business leaders are invited to participate in the CHNA survey, which is open until July 31, 2025. Participation is both voluntary and confidential.
For those interested in taking part, the survey can be accessed online. Any questions regarding the CHNA can be directed to Cass Regional Medical Center.
