Former Sherwood High School standout Mac Morgan played on Friday, May 23 in hopes of reaching the NCAA Division I Softball Championship

On Friday, May 23, former Sherwood High School standout Mac Morgan’s current collegiate team the Texas Longhorns won 7-5 against the Clemson Tigers in the NCAA Division I Softball Championship.

The game took place at Red & Charline McCombs Field at 8 p.m. and was the second matchup against the Clemson Tigers in the tournament.

The Texas Longhorns’ next game will take place on Saturday, May 24 at 8 p.m. at Red & Charline McCombs Field.
