Of the 1,500 people living in Rich Hill in 2019, 50.3 percent (754) were women and 49.7 percent (746) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the South KC News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by a ratio of 422-to-385. In the 65 and over age range, there were 139 females and 142 males.
