The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate Ryan Johnson, Ryan Johnson for Congress, refunded $2,900 to Julie Elliott on Sept. 17, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: “Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company.”

Ryan Johnson for Congress has refunded $36,100 total since April 1.
