Of the 308 people living in Hume in 2020, 55.5 percent (171) were women and 44.5 percent (137) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the South KC News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 5. In the 65 and over age range, there were 16 females and 13 males.
