Of the 885 people living in Drexel in 2020, 50.1 percent (443) were women and 49.9 percent (442) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the South KC News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 18. In the 65 and over age range, there were 112 females and 96 males.
